Commission a Portrait
A simple step-by-step process to commission a portrait
How to commission a portrait
The Process
Before I can even start work on your portrait I will need a high quality, clear photograph to work from. To ensure I can achieve the best results for your portrait it is important that I can work from clear images which show the unique details of the person or pet, such as hair style, eyes, fur and markings.
Placing an order is simple and I'm happy to talk through your requirements and will not start any drawing until we both are completely happy.

My prices are by size and I'm happy to combine multiple pets or people into a single portrait.

Before I can proceed I need to see a photo/photos that you wish me to work from to ensure they are clear enough for me to produce the best results.
Photos can be sent in digital format via the form below at high resolution so I can print them clearly.

Once I have checked the photographs and we agree on your requirements, the size of the portrait, the date needed and delivery address, I will ask for a £10, non refundable deposit of the agreed price.
I will then sketch out the form of your portrait and send over to you via email to make sure you're happy with it so far.

On completion of your portrait I will ask for the balance which you can pay by debit or credit card securely online through Paypal.
On receipt of payment I will dispatch your finished portrait work using a reputable carrier.

Upload your photos
I would be delighted to discuss a portrait with you. Send me your details, tell me a little about your requirement, and upload a few good quality photos.
